Recorded entirely on a broken ipad with equipment that was far less than suitable, this debut album blends Kiasu's cryptic songwriting with bizarre lofi and harsh experiments that don’t really comply with the general “rules of music”, staring her paranoia and depression right in the eye over thick walls of distortion and percussion that will probably blow your speakers. Mucky, awkward, suffocating production is clunkily juxtaposed with a hypnotic ambience to create a truly unique and strange experience for listeners. Negative Gold comes designed like a puzzle box of sorts for those who can handle the punishing wave-like noise and it's atonal/freeform qualities.

This was meant to be played loud and repeatedly.

Kiasu is an untrained and aspiring trans industrial noise artist creating some of the most out there experiments she can possibly think of (at least within the creative restrictions of her $0 budget and lack of any proper training).
